Why the five-panel cap works for logos
A five-panel cap has no centre seam on the front, so a logo, patch or graphic sits on one clean, wide panel. That makes it a favourite for skate, outdoor and design-led brands. The low, flat shape also gives it a distinct look next to a six-panel baseball cap.
Colour-blocking is the main design tool: each of the five panels, the peak and the strap can be a different colour or fabric. Technical fabrics such as nylon and ripstop give an outdoor look, while corduroy and canvas feel more casual. We confirm panel colours on the sample.
