Buyer's guide
When to choose a visor
A visor keeps the sun off the face and lets heat escape through the open top, so it suits golf, tennis, running, beach days and outdoor events. The open top also suits long hair and ponytails. Visors are light and pack flat, which makes them a practical giveaway.
The peak is the printing surface: a wide peak gives room for a logo on the top and a print on the underside. Choose a moisture-wicking sweatband for sport and a terry band for comfort in the heat.

FAQ
Visor caps: frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for visors?
The minimum order is 50 pieces per design.
What is the difference between a visor and a cap?
A visor has a peak and a headband but no crown, so the top of the head is open. A cap has a full crown that covers the head.
Can you print on the underside of a visor peak?
Yes. The underside can be printed or made in a contrast colour, which shows when the visor is worn.
Do you make kids' visors?
Yes, we can make kids' sizes to your size chart. Any testing your market requires can be done by a third-party lab against your specification.
How long does production of visors take?
Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days after sample approval. Actual lead time depends on the product, quantity, customization and material availability, and the confirmed schedule is agreed for each order. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS then takes 3–6 working days.
