Reflective prints, sublimation on polyester, woven labels, hang tags and packaging finish the product, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

Is the factory certified?

Eco Jersey Limited, which powers Mr Balaclava, is ISO 9001 certified and a Sedex member; copies of the certificate and the membership details go to customers with an order history or a substantial order. Monthly capacity is 100K pcs.

How is a snowboard jacket different from a ski jacket?

It is longer and looser, with a powder skirt and more room for layers, because riders spend more time sitting and kneeling in the snow. Ski jackets are usually shorter and closer-fitting.

Who tests the waterproof rating?

The rating comes from the fabric mill's specification, and independent lab testing is available on request. You can also test the fabric or a sample at any lab you choose, against the specification we agree.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and the schedule is confirmed for each order.

How do the quantity prices work?
