Logos are embroidered where the lining covers the back of the shell, or heat-transferred, screen-printed or applied as rubber, silicone or woven patches, so the waterproof layer stays sealed. Reflective prints, sublimation on polyester, woven labels, hang tags and packaging finish the product, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

Eco Jersey Limited, which powers Mr Balaclava, is ISO 9001 certified and a Sedex member; copies of the certificate and the membership details go to customers with an order history or a substantial order. Monthly capacity is 100K pcs.
Is a puffer jacket waterproof?
As standard it is water-repellent, which suits cold, dry snow. For wet conditions we can coat the shell to 5K, but the stitched baffles are not taped, so for heavy snow a padded jacket with taped seams is the better choice.
Can the baffles be a different shape?
Yes. Horizontal, chevron or box baffles in your chosen width are drawn in the tech pack and checked on the sample.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and the schedule is confirmed for each order.
How do the quantity prices work?
