Sublimation dyes your artwork into the polyester fibres from edge to edge, so photos, gradients and fine details stay sharp and the print does not crack or peel. We send a mockup on the flat print template for approval, then add your woven labels, hang tags, barcodes and packaging. Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on the product.

Prints and transfers must stretch with the fabric; embroidery needs a stabiliser. Colours are matched to Pantone TCX and TPX on custom orders.
