Customization and branding
Logos and patterns are knitted in by jacquard, so they are part of the sock. Full-colour designs can be sublimation-printed on polyester socks, and logos can be embroidered on the cuff. Woven or printed labels, hang tags, paper sleeves and boxes finish the product, and Mr Balaclava's name never appears on it. Every logo and label placement is shown in a mockup and confirmed in a tech pack before sampling.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Catalog styles start at a minimum order of 50 pcs. Tell us your target quantity in the quote request and we’ll confirm it for your project.
How long does production take?
Our standard lead time is 14 days, and 7 days is possible on request. Complex products or very large orders (100,000–200,000 pcs) can take up to one month; your quote confirms the schedule for your order.
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We share digital mockups for approval and produce physical samples, so you can check fit, fabric and branding before the bulk run.
Is the factory certified?
Eco Jersey Limited, which powers Mr Balaclava, is ISO 9001 certified and a Sedex member; copies of the certificate and the membership details go to customers with an order history or a substantial order. Monthly capacity is 100K pcs.
Which yarn is best for everyday crew socks?
A combed cotton and nylon blend with a little elastane is the usual choice: soft, breathable and it keeps its shape. Polyester blends dry faster for sport.
Can the cuff carry our stripes or logo?
Yes. Stripes and logos are knitted into the cuff or leg in your colours, within the number of colours the machine allows.
Can we choose recycled yarn?
Yes. Recycled polyester blends can replace part of the new fibre; the recycled share and any certificate come from the yarn supplier on request.
How do the quantity prices work?
The prices shown are estimates per piece in USD, before shipping, and they go down as your quantity goes up. Your quote confirms the final price, which depends on the fabric, branding and packaging you choose.
