How should the products be washed and cared for?
Short answer
Follow the care label in each product. For your order, the care instructions are agreed in the tech pack and printed on your labels, so they match the fabric and decoration you chose. Ask us if you need care text for a specific product.
Always follow the care label in the product. The right way to wash and dry a product depends on its fabric, its construction and its decoration, so there is no single rule for everything we make.
Care instructions on your labels
For custom and private-label orders, the care instructions are part of the tech pack. They are printed on your labels together with the fibre content, the country of origin and the care symbols, in the languages your markets require. See Can you add custom labels, tags and packaging?
Tell us how the product will be cared for
If you know how your customers will wash the product, put the care method in your brief, so the fabric and the label match it. For example, wool shrinks and felts with heat and agitation unless it is treated.
