What is the minimum order quantity?

How long does production take?

Our standard lead time is 14 days, and 7 days is possible on request. Complex products or very large orders (100,000–200,000 pcs) can take up to one month; your quote confirms the schedule for your order.

Can I get a sample before bulk production?

Yes. We share digital mockups for approval and produce physical samples, so you can check fit, fabric and branding before the bulk run.

Is the factory certified?

Eco Jersey Limited, which powers Mr Balaclava, is ISO 9001 certified and a Sedex member; copies of the certificate and the membership details go to customers with an order history or a substantial order. Monthly capacity is 100K pcs.

Do you also make two-piece ski sets?

Yes. A two-piece set is our padded ski jacket and ski pants cut from the same fabric lot, so the colours match exactly; jacket and pant sizes can be split differently.

Can the suit carry an all-over print?

Yes. Polyester shells are printed from your artwork before the fabric is coated or laminated, so the waterproof rating is not affected.

Who tests the waterproof rating?

The rating comes from the fabric mill's specification, and independent lab testing is available on request. You can also test the fabric or a sample at any lab you choose, against the specification we agree.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and the schedule is confirmed for each order.

How do the quantity prices work?

The prices shown are estimates per piece in USD, before shipping, and they go down as your quantity goes up. Your quote confirms the final price, which depends on the fabric, branding and packaging you choose.
