   Fabric and materials

   The base is polyester satin from partner mills, which we cut, sublimate, hem and pack in Sialkot. Satin has a glossy face, and polyester takes sublimation, so designs print edge to edge in vivid colour without changing the feel of the fabric. It is lighter and lower in cost than a knitted scarf, which suits finals, tournaments and promotional runs.

   Customization and branding

   Your artwork is printed edge to edge: sublimation on polyester fabrics, and digital or screen printing on viscose, modal and cotton. We place the print for the scarf size, match colours to your references and confirm everything on a sample. A woven or printed label, hang tags and folded retail packs finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At about 15 × 140 cm the satin scarf is a little narrower and shorter than a knitted fan scarf, and light to wear around the neck or to hold up on match days. Other sizes are cut to your specification.

Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
