   Fabric and materials

   The scarf is knitted in-house on our own flatbed machines as a double-layer acrylic jacquard, so both club designs, the match name and the date are part of the fabric and read on both sides. As a commemorative piece, the knitted-in design does not crack or peel like a print.

   Customization and branding

   Your crest, club name, slogans and dates are knitted into the fabric in your colours, so the design cannot crack, peel or fade. We turn your artwork into a knit file and show you a mockup before sampling; very fine detail is simplified to suit the knit. You supply the artwork and confirm that you may use it. Woven labels, hang tags and barcodes finish the order for club shops, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At about 18 × 150 cm the scarf has the standard fan-scarf size, with one club design on each half so both show when it is worn around the neck or held up. Width and length can be changed to your specification.

Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
