   Fabric and materials

   The scarf is knitted in-house on our own flatbed machines from soft acrylic yarn (acrylic knit), changing yarn colour as it is knitted to form the stripes. Acrylic is easy to care for and comes in a wide colour range, which makes it straightforward to match school or club colours.

   Customization and branding

   Knitted scarves carry branding that lasts: a logo or wordmark knitted in as jacquard, a woven label at one end, flat embroidery, or a leather-look or rubber patch. Fringes, tassels and stripe layouts follow your design. Care labels, hang tags and retail packing finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At about 25 × 170 cm the scarf wraps once around the neck with the ends hanging, a practical length for school and club wear. Stripe widths, colour order and the width and length of the scarf can all be set to your specification.

   Send your brief with the style, fabric, colours, size, quantities and branding. We confirm every detail in a mockup and tech pack and make a sample, paid 100% in advance and ready in about 5–7 days; a free pre-production sample approved by photos or video after the order is also possible. Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
