   Fabric and materials

   It is made from mulberry silk twill, the same fabric as our classic printed squares: a fine diagonal weave with a firm, smooth hand that holds a knot and keeps printed lines clear. Silk twill is usually about 12–16 momme, and the exact weight is confirmed on your quote. The fabric comes from partner mills; we cut, print, finish, inspect and pack in Sialkot.

   Customization and branding

   On silk, branding stays discreet: a signature or logo printed in the design, a small woven or satin label, or an embroidered monogram. Prints are placed for the shape and checked on a sample for colour and scale. Hang tags, tissue wraps and gift boxes in your branding finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   The slim 8 × 120 cm shape is long enough to wrap round the neck and knot, tie in a bow on a ponytail or wind round a bag handle. Other widths and lengths are made to your specification, and the design can be matched to a silk square for a gift set.
