   Yarns and materials

   Knitted in one piece directly from Merino/Nylon Sock Yarn, with Elastic Covering Yarn for stretch. No fabric is cut or sewn. Compare every yarn on our sock yarns page.

4. 04

   Customization and branding

   Logos and patterns are knitted in by jacquard, so they are part of the sock. Full-colour designs can be sublimation-printed on polyester socks, and logos can be embroidered on the cuff. Woven or printed labels, hang tags, paper sleeves and boxes finish the product, and Mr Balaclava's name never appears on it. Every logo and label placement is shown in a mockup and confirmed in a tech pack before sampling.

   Sampling and production

   Send your brief with the sock style, yarn, sizes, quantities and branding. We confirm every detail in a tech pack and knit a sample, paid 100% in advance and ready in about 5–7 days. Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval; every pair is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking, by express in 3–6 working days or by air or sea freight.
