   Fabric and materials

   The neckerchief is cut from cotton poplin, the same plain cotton used for bandanas, which is soft and rolls easily for a slide. Borders and emblems are screen printed, and dark colours such as green or navy can be discharge printed for soft, light prints.

   Customization and branding

   Uniform neckerchiefs are matched to your brand colours and can carry a pattern built from your logo, a printed border or a small embroidered monogram. The approved sample and tech pack are the reference for every reorder, so later deliveries match the first. Individual polybags with size and colour labels, or gift boxes for client gifts, finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   The triangle is rolled from the point towards the long edge, placed around the neck under or over the collar and held at the front with a slide or a knot. The triangle size, border width and emblem position are made to your specification, and square cotton neckerchiefs are also made to order.
