   Fabric and materials

   The base is mulberry silk twill of about 14 momme from our partner mills. Twill has a fine diagonal weave and a firm, smooth hand, so the square keeps a clean fold and holds printed detail; it is the classic fabric for printed silk squares. We cut, digitally print, hand-roll the hems, inspect and pack each scarf in Sialkot.

   Customization and branding

   On silk, branding stays discreet: a signature or logo printed in the design, a small woven or satin label, or an embroidered monogram. Prints are placed for the shape and checked on a sample for colour and scale. Hang tags, tissue wraps and gift boxes in your branding finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At 90 × 90 cm the square is large enough to fold into a triangle and knot at the neck, tie as a headscarf, wrap round a bag handle or wear over the shoulders. Smaller squares such as 53 × 53 cm or 70 × 70 cm, and any other size to your specification, are made to order.

We confirm every detail in a mockup and tech pack and make a sample, paid 100% in advance and ready in about 5–7 days; a free pre-production sample approved by photos or video after the order is also possible. Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
