Eco Jersey Limited, which powers Mr Balaclava, is ISO 9001 certified and a Sedex member; copies of the certificate and the membership details go to customers with an order history or a substantial order. Monthly capacity is 100K pcs.

Can the logo be sublimated?

Yes. On light polyester the whole cap can be sublimation-printed; logos can also be heat-transferred or embroidered.

Is it washable?

Yes. An unstructured polyester cap can be hand-washed and dries quickly; we add care instructions to the label.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and the schedule is confirmed for each order.
