   Yarns and materials

   Knitted from acrylic yarn in a chunky rib, with a patch cut from PU leather-look material. No fabric is cut for the beanie itself. Compare every yarn on our knitting yarns page.

   Customization and branding

   The front of the folded cuff is the classic logo place: it faces forward, sits flat and stays visible however the beanie is worn. We embroider it flat or in 3D, sew on a woven label or a leather-look, rubber or silicone patch, or knit the logo into the cuff as jacquard. Inside brand labels, care labels, hang tags and retail packing finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   One adult size fits head sizes of about 54–60 cm. The chunky rib sits a little looser than a fine-rib beanie, and the wide cuff can be worn high on the head or pulled down over the ears.

   Sampling and production

   Send your brief with the style, yarn, colours, size, quantities and branding. We confirm every detail in a tech pack and knit a sample, paid 100% in advance and ready in about 5–7 days; a free pre-production sample approved by photos or video after the order is also possible. Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
