    The base is polyester microfleece, a fine, low-pile fleece from partner mills that we cut, sublimate, finish and pack in Sialkot. Microfleece is warm for its weight and not bulky, and because it is polyester it takes sublimation, so club artwork prints in full colour.

  4. Customization and branding

    Your artwork is printed edge to edge: sublimation on polyester fabrics, and digital or screen printing on viscose, modal and cotton. We place the print for the scarf size, match colours to your references and confirm everything on a sample. A woven or printed label, hang tags and folded retail packs finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

  5. Size and fit

    At about 20 × 150 cm the fleece scarf is the size of a knitted fan scarf and wraps around the neck for match days and outdoor events. Other widths and lengths, including shorter sizes for younger players, are cut to your specification.

Is a fleece or a knitted fan scarf better for youth teams?

A fleece fan scarf is soft, warm and light, and sublimation prints your artwork in full colour at a lower cost than a knitted jacquard. A knitted jacquard scarf has the design knitted in and the classic club look.

Can you print full-colour club artwork on fleece?

Yes. Polyester microfleece takes sublimation, so crests, names and multi-colour designs print in full colour. You supply the artwork and confirm that you may use the crest.

What does the price include?

The price shown is per piece at 50 pieces, for the scarf as listed and unbranded. Larger quantities lower the price per piece, and your logo, labels and packaging are added in your quote.
