    Logos go on the front of the cuff or the band: flat or 3D embroidery, a woven label, or a leather-look, rubber or silicone patch. Patterns, snowflakes and words can be knitted in as jacquard, and the pom-pom can match your colours. Inside brand labels, care labels, hang tags and retail packing finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

  5. Size and fit

    One adult size fits head sizes of about 54–60 cm. For kids we recommend short ties or none; tell us your market and we adjust the design.

Yes. Ties can be left off, shortened or replaced by a chin strap, which many buyers prefer for kids ranges.
