   Fabric and materials

   The hijab is cut from polyester chiffon, a light, sheer fabric with a soft drape. It is dyed to your colour card, and because it is polyester the same chiffon can also be sublimation printed for patterned versions.

   Customization and branding

   Hijabs are dyed to your colour card or printed with your designs, and finished with rolled hems, tassels or lace edging. A small woven or satin label, hang tags and individual bags or boxes carry your brand, and every colour is confirmed on a sample before production. Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At about 70 × 180 cm, the rectangle wraps around the head and shoulders with enough length to pin or drape in different styles. Chiffon is sheer, so it is often worn over an underscarf. The larger 100 × 200 cm size and other sizes are made to order.

Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
