What is a Bluetooth beanie?
A Bluetooth beanie hides a pair of thin speakers and a small control unit in pockets inside the lining. The speakers sit over the ears, the controls sit where the wearer can press them through the knit, and the whole module comes out so the beanie can be washed.
There are two ways to order. We can source and fit the audio module, with a minimum of 1,000 pieces, and share the module specification with your quote. Or you supply your own modules and we build the beanies around them, from 50 pieces per design. Read more in our Bluetooth beanie guide.

Every part of the design is yours. Our design team sends a mockup of each logo and label placement, and every detail is confirmed in a tech pack before sampling.

Position of the speakers, the control buttons and the pocket openings, fixed in the tech pack and checked in the sample.

Rib or jersey in acrylic, wool blends, merino or cotton, with a soft inner lining.

Tell us the style, yarn, quantities, branding and deadline. We reply with a quote and suggest a suitable yarn and gauge.

Approve the sample
We confirm every measurement, yarn, colour and logo placement in a tech pack, then knit your sample. Samples are paid 100% in advance.

Production and delivery
Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days after sample approval. Every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.

What is the minimum order for Bluetooth beanies?
It depends on who supplies the audio module. When we source and fit the module, the minimum order is 1,000 pieces. When you supply your own modules, the standard minimum of 50 pieces per design applies.
Can I use my own audio module?
Yes. Send us your modules and we fit them into the beanies; the minimum order is then 50 pieces per design. We confirm the pocket size and placement with your module in the sample.
Which audio module do you use?
We source the module for your order and share its specification with your quote, so you can check it against the requirements of your market before you order.
Can Bluetooth beanies be washed?
Yes. The audio module sits in pockets inside the lining and is taken out before washing; the beanie is then washed like any other knitted beanie.
How long does Bluetooth beanie production take?
Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days after sample approval. Actual lead time depends on the product, quantity, customization and material availability, and the confirmed schedule is agreed for each order. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS then takes 3–6 working days.
