   Fabric and materials

   Silk chiffon is a sheer, lightweight silk, usually about 6–8 momme, with a slightly grainy hand and a soft, floating drape. Printed colours look lighter on chiffon than on silk twill or satin because the fabric is see-through, so every design is checked on a sample. The fabric comes from partner mills; we cut, print, hand-roll the hems, inspect and pack in Sialkot.

   Customization and branding

   On silk, branding stays discreet: a signature or logo printed in the design, a small woven or satin label, or an embroidered monogram. Prints are placed for the shape and checked on a sample for colour and scale. Hang tags, tissue wraps and gift boxes in your branding finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At about 55 × 180 cm the scarf drapes over the shoulders as a light evening wrap, loops loosely at the neck or ties as a headscarf. Wider or longer versions and any size to your specification are made to order.
