   Fabric and materials

   The scarf is cut from silk satin (charmeuse), usually about 16–22 momme, with a smooth, lustrous face for printed colours and a softer matt back. The fabric comes from our partner mills; we cut, print, hem, inspect and pack in Sialkot. For uniform and promotional budgets the same scarf is made in polyester satin, which can also be sublimated.

   Customization and branding

   On silk, branding stays discreet: a signature or logo printed in the design, a small woven or satin label, or an embroidered monogram. Prints are placed for the shape and checked on a sample for colour and scale. Hang tags, tissue wraps and gift boxes in your branding finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At about 53 × 53 cm the scarf folds into a narrow band or a triangle and ties at the neck, under a collar or in a small knot at the side; it can also be worn in the hair or on a bag. Larger squares such as 70 × 70 cm or 90 × 90 cm, and any size to your specification, are made to order.

We confirm every detail in a mockup and tech pack and make a sample, paid 100% in advance and ready in about 5–7 days; a free pre-production sample approved by photos or video after the order is also possible. Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
