What is the minimum order quantity?

Catalog styles start at a minimum order of 50 pcs. Tell us your target quantity in the quote request and we’ll confirm it for your project.

How long does production take?

Our standard lead time is 14 days, and 7 days is possible on request. Complex products or very large orders (100,000–200,000 pcs) can take up to one month; your quote confirms the schedule for your order.

Can I get a sample before bulk production?

Yes. We share digital mockups for approval and produce physical samples, so you can check fit, fabric and branding before the bulk run.

Is the factory certified?

Eco Jersey Limited, which powers Mr Balaclava, is ISO 9001 certified and a Sedex member; copies of the certificate and the membership details go to customers with an order history or a substantial order. Monthly capacity is 100K pcs.

Can the peak be pre-curved?

Yes, on request, although a flat peak is what most buyers expect from a snapback.

Can we print the underside?

Yes. A print or contrast colour under the flat peak is common and shows when the cap is worn.
