The use of the website www.mrbalaclava.com (the “Site”) along with its provisions is the recept of the legal arrangement – Terms and Conditions (״Agreement״) with Mr. Balaclava hereafter referred to as (״we, our, us” or “us” ) as the owner of the Site. Accessing or using the Site means you have accepted to abide with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy documents as well additional terms as attached. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use or access this Site.
1. Use of the Site
1.1 Eligibility
Using the Site means that you are claiming to be not less than eighteen (18) years of age or to have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Site. The order offer, pending on payment and the expedited shipping, is available only upon receipt of an advance payment. Track and trace details will be sent in a separate note upon shipment, most likely alongside confirmation of payment. All order confirmation does not translate to acceptance of the offer.
