1. No Returns
- Every order is made or packed for you, whether you order ready-made products wholesale or custom products. For this reason we do not accept returns, and we do not refund an order because you changed your mind.
2. Inspection Before Shipment
- Before your order leaves our factory, our quality control team or your designated agents may inspect the products. During this inspection, you may request changes or reject items that do not meet the agreed specifications.
3. Full Replacement
- If an item is defective, arrives damaged, or is not made as you ordered (for example a different fabric, colour, size, logo or quantity than in your approved order), we replace it in full.
- Replacements are made at no cost to you, and Mr Balaclava covers the shipping of the replacement items.
4. Reporting a Problem
- Notify us within 20 days of delivery at [email protected].
- Include your order number and photos of the affected items.
- Replacements are arranged after we have checked the photos and order details.
