Every product is born out of a dialogue, and our conversation begins with a tech pack you may already manufacturing process, or even a simple idea you wish to explore. Our in-house design team will work with you to develop selections regarding the design, materials, and functionality decision of your product.

We assist in figuring out the most important factors defining your product: the shape, the method of use, the overall purpose, its tactile nature, and much more.

Step 2: Material Sourcing & Customization

• Spandex, polyester, blends, Fleece, Wool, Cotton.

Step 3: Sampling & Prototyping

Physical samples prove the tweaks are done with respect to the suggested changes.

Along practical alterations to calibration we adjust the set tone, color, print, and provide stitching options, and trimming.

Share mockups for customer appraisal. Send sample for customer approval.

Sending deadline is 5-7 days after the order is received

Tests and adjustments in this phase target the bulk stage of production. It is preferred to do further tasks without great errors set in.

Step 4: Cutting & Preparation

Once the sample is approved, we start cutting the fabric based on your finalized patterns.

• Automated or manual cutting depending on fabric type

• Laser cutting available for premium precision

• Sorted by size and batch number

Our experienced cutters ensure minimum wastage and fabric optimization.

Step 5: Sewing & Assembly

Using industrial strength machines, our professional sewing team completes your products with:

• Flatlock stitching for comfort and flexibility

• Overlock for strength and durability

• Cover stitch for elasticity

This step includes:

• Panel joining,
• Inserting linings, as well as
• Label, zipper and drawstring attachment

Step 6: Branding & Customization

Brand identity is important. We make sure it is captured accurately and prominently on your products.

Techniques available for branding are:

• Embroidery (flat or 3D),
• Screen printing,
• Heat press,
• Woven labels or patches, and
• Rubber and silicone logos

Before final production, our design team sends out previews for every logo and label placement.

Step 7: Quality Control & Inspection

Manual inspection of each product is done to check for:

• Stitching
• Sizing and fit
• Color matching
• Branding
• Tagging and packaging

Molding the internal QA protocols to impeccable quality ensures flawless product quality.

Step 8: Packaging & Logistics

Your items will be packaged as you have specified:

• Individual branded boxes or polybags.
• Branded or custom slips and tags
• Labels and Barcode
