The balaclava is made from black Shy Dry Fit Lycra with normal stretch. Its design is defined by bright orange contrast stitching, an open-face balaclava construction, and visible OKC / Orlando Kart Center branding placed across the front and side panels. The finished product presents a clean motorsport-inspired look with a fitted profile and structured seam layout. ## The Challenge The main challenge was to maintain a clean and balanced product shape while using highly visible orange contrast stitching as a major visual feature. The front opening, face section, and branding placements also needed to work together without disturbing the balaclava’s fitted construction. At the same time, the seam lines had to remain neat and symmetrical across the top, front, sides, and back of the product. ## Our Solution We followed the supplied balaclava construction and preserved the black base, orange seam detailing, and visible OKC / Orlando Kart Center branding shown in the reference images. The multi-panel layout was kept consistent across the front, side, top, and back areas to maintain a clean racing-oriented appearance. The final product also retained the open-face structure, fitted shape, and extended lower coverage seen in the supplied product photographs. ## Detailed Result The completed balaclava delivers a strong black-and-orange visual identity with prominent branding and clean seam definition. Its Shy Dry Fit Lycra base supports the confirmed normal stretch while maintaining a smooth and fitted silhouette.
