Small first runs and limited editions are welcome. **How long does production take?** Our standard production lead time is approximately 14 days, and 7 days is possible on request. Complex products or very large orders (100,000–200,000 pcs) can take up to one month. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS typically adds 3–6 working days. **Can I get samples before bulk production?** Yes. A physical sample is made in about 5–7 days (paid in advance; its cost is deducted from orders of 1,000 pieces or more), and every order also gets a free pre-production sample approved by photo or video. **Do you offer private label and OEM manufacturing?** Yes. Everything ships under your brand: woven labels, hangtags and printed packaging. Client designs are kept confidential. **Which branding methods are available?** Embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, heat transfer, woven labels and rubber patches, plus custom hangtags and packaging. **Do I need a tech pack to order?** No. Send a tech pack if you have one; otherwise a sketch, reference photos or a description is enough. Our design team prepares the tech pack and mockups for you.
