By the Mr Balaclava team · Updated 2026-10-06 Short answer Tell us the product type, the quantity per design, your logo and how to apply it, your preferred fabric, colours and sizes, and where the goods should go. Photos, sketches, references and your deadline help us quote faster. The more we know, the faster and more accurate your quotation will be. Send what you have; we ask for anything that is missing. ## The essentials - Product type: balaclava, beanie, scarf, cap, socks or ski wear - Quantity per design (our minimum is 50 pieces per design) - Your logo or artwork, and how you want it applied - Preferred fabric, colours and sizes - Where the goods should be delivered ## Helpful extras - A sketch, a photo or a reference product - Your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF; SVG also works in the Request a quote form's tech-pack upload) and the Pantone references of your colours - How the product will be used: under a helmet or over it, alpine or urban, for adults or kids, and which country's sizing - The date you need the goods in hand - Your target price - Any existing tech pack, as it is - Labelling and packing rules, for example from a marketplace or a retailer **Tip:** Only have your logo as a JPEG or PNG? Send it anyway. Our design team redraws it as a vector. ## Describing a fabric If you have a fabric in mind, name it from our [Material Library](/materials/) or send your own reference: the name, composition, weight (GSM) and a photo. See [How do I choose the right fabric?](/help/choose-fabric/) ## How to send files - **Request a quote form:** in step 2, choose **I already have a tech pack or reference sheet** to upload up to 3 files, 10 MB each: PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, SVG, AI, EPS or ZIP. If you choose **I am working on the tech pack and need a quote for my idea**, the form has no upload: send your logo by email or reply to the confirmation email. - **Email:** contact@mrbalaclava.com, for larger files. Add the reference from your confirmation email. - **WhatsApp:** +92 370 7981102, for photos. The contact page form has no file upload. In the website chat, click **Attach a file** (10 MB; JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, PDF, AI, EPS, DOCX, XLSX; no SVG or ZIP). In the Order Builder, you can upload up to 6 files, 25 MB each: PDF, AI, EPS, PNG or JPG. SVG is not accepted there. Once your order is in production, you can also upload files in My Account → **Documents**. Files you send are kept with your request or order, so we can produce and reorder your product (see our [Privacy Policy](/policies/privacy-policy/)).
