If you only have a JPEG or PNG, our design team redraws it as a vector. Send your files by email, or upload them with the Request a quote form when you have a tech pack or reference sheet. The right method depends on your logo and the fabric; you see it on the mockup and then on your sample before bulk production. Our design team usually prepares it in 1–3 business days. You check it, ask for changes until it looks right, and then give us your approval in writing. We make neck and hem labels, hang tags, inserts, barcodes and stickers with your branding, and pack in polybags, kraft paper wraps or retail boxes to your specification. Everything is written into the tech pack and shown on your mockup. Mockups, tech packs and logo files developed for you are yours, delivered as PDF and editable files. We do not show your designs to other customers or produce them for others, and an NDA can be signed before development starts. Our in-house design team reviews your brief, draws a digital mockup in 1–3 business days, prepares the tech pack, redraws your logo as a vector and coordinates the sample. You can start from a sketch, a reference product or one of our styles. Individual polybags with size stickers, kraft paper wraps, retail boxes, hang tags and barcode labels can be added, and your packing choice is written into the tech pack. Check the file, then click Approve and Confirm approval, or Ask for changes and say what should change.
