A named account manager keeps you updated from brief to delivery. Production is only part of the job. See [Which sample do I need?](/help/sample-types/) - Extra branding placements, techniques or packaging are quoted as options, so you can compare. - Third-party lab tests and inspections are arranged on request. Their costs are quoted with the order. - Account management, reorder summaries and claims handling are part of working with us. In the Order Builder, any set-up charge is shown in the price summary. ## One contact for your order A named account manager looks after your order. You can reach them by email and WhatsApp, and they send you photos at the production milestones. We also email you when your order is confirmed, at every stage and when it ships. With a customer account, you can follow your order's stages in My Account. **Write to us** there opens the website chat, where you can attach files.
