By the Mr Balaclava team · Updated 2026-10-06 Short answer We use the details you give us, such as your name, email, phone, company and delivery address, to answer your requests, prepare quotations and handle your orders. This page explains them in short. ## What we collect - **Details you send us:** your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country, and delivery and billing addresses, when you ask for a quotation, place an order, write to us or create an account. - **Your order details:** products, quantities, the artwork and files you send, quotations, approvals and payments. - **Technical and usage data:** for example your IP address, browser and device, and the pages you visit on our website. If you ask for a login link after a request, we create your account with the details you sent us. You do not tick a box: by contacting us or sending a form, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and we record this with your request. ## Why we use it - To answer your requests and prepare quotations. - To process your orders, payments and delivery. - To keep you updated about your requests and orders. - To improve our website. - To meet our legal obligations, such as tax records. We send marketing emails only if you agree, for example when you subscribe to our newsletter. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link. ## Who we share it with We share it with partners who help us run our service, as listed in our Privacy Policy: for example payment providers, shipping companies such as DHL or FedEx, and analytics services, which see aggregated data only. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. ## Messages, files and WhatsApp - **Files** you send are kept with your request or order, so that we can produce and later reorder your product. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to the messages you send there. - **Website chat:** messages and files are kept so that our team can answer you. Our assistant uses an AI service to write its answers, so your chat messages are also sent to that service. The chat remembers your conversation in your browser. Our [Cookie Policy](/policies/cookie-policy/) explains the cookies on our website. ## The Help Center When you search the Help Center or tell us whether an article helped, we keep what you typed to improve our answers, without your name, email address or IP address. Please do not type personal details into the search or comment box. ## Your rights You can ask us for: - a copy of the personal data we hold about you; - a correction of data that is wrong or incomplete; - the deletion of your data, in certain circumstances; - a restriction of how we use it, or you can object to its use; - your data in a common format, to take it elsewhere.
