By the Mr Balaclava team · Updated 2026-10-06 Short answer The payment method is confirmed on your quotation or invoice; methods may include bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union. Nothing is paid on our website. Pay only to the account stated on your quotation or invoice, and contact us first if payment details ever look different. For orders we quote, the payment method is confirmed on your quotation or invoice. Available methods may include bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union. If you would like to use a particular method, tell us when you request your quote or before you accept it. ## Invoices We email you an invoice for each payment, with our payment details. An invoice is due 2 days after it is issued. Please quote the invoice number with your payment. In **My Account → Invoices & payments**, each invoice shows **To pay** until your payment has arrived, then **Paid**. Click **Download PDF** for a copy. There is no pay button: pay as stated on the invoice. ## Ordering online When you order with the Order Builder, the payment page offers **Bank transfer**. We email you the invoice for the 30% advance with our payment details. Your order is confirmed when the advance arrives. The amount is in US dollars. Card payment is not available yet. See [Order online and pay the advance](/help/pay-online/). ## Quotations, invoices and samples Quotations, invoices and samples are not paid on our website. Pay them with the method stated on your quotation or invoice. ## Pay safely Pay only to the bank account stated on your quotation or invoice. If you receive payment details that differ, or a message asking you to change them, contact us before you pay. ## Currency Price estimates on our product pages are in US dollars. Your quotation states the currency of your order. ## When you pay The method does not change when payments are due.
