By the Mr Balaclava team · Updated 2026-10-20 Short answer Before you confirm, you can change anything, and we revise the quotation. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Minor changes may still be possible before production starts, so contact us as early as possible. Tell us as early as possible. What we can change depends on how far your order has gone. | Stage | What you can change | | --- | --- | | Before you confirm the order | Anything: the product, quantity, colours, sizes, branding or packaging. We revise the quotation. | | Mockup | Mockup revisions continue until the look is right. | | Sample | Changes are written into the tech pack. A new sample is made only if a change affects construction, and each extra sample is quoted. | | After confirmation, before production starts | Minor changes can be made. | | After production has started | Production has started, so the order can no longer be cancelled or returned. Ask our team; we tell you what is still possible. | ## Cancelling an order You can withdraw at any time before you confirm the order. **Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.** Check the quotation, the mockup and, if you ordered one, the pre-paid sample carefully before you confirm. A pre-production sample comes after the order is confirmed. ## Order Builder configurations You can change a configuration until you send it. After **Send my quotation request**, it is locked: click **Start a new configuration**, or send us a message. An Order Builder order is confirmed when your 30% advance arrives, so it cannot be cancelled after that. ## Before shipment Before dispatch, our quality control team or your designated agents may inspect the goods. You can then request changes or reject items that do not meet the agreed specifications.
