Embroidery gives a raised, textured logo that suits company merchandise, teams and promotions, and it works on most knits. A leather-look patch gives a premium, outdoor or streetwear look and keeps a detailed logo clean on chunky knits, where deep stitches can break up fine embroidery. Both sit on the front of the cuff, where the logo faces forward and stays visible. Larger runs are made on the same lines, with a monthly capacity of around 100,000 pieces. **### Can you embroider on a chunky knit?** Yes, but deep stitches can break up fine detail. For detailed logos on chunky knits we recommend a leather-look or woven patch; bold, simple logos embroider well on any knit. **### Is the leather patch real leather?** Our standard patch is leather-look PU. Genuine leather is available on request and costs more; we quote both so you can compare. **### What artwork do you need?** Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best; a high-resolution PNG also works. Send your colours as Pantone references if you have them. **### Is there a set-up cost?** Yes, a one-off cost per logo: digitising for embroidery, a die or mould for patches.
